AGENTS.md: 360 → 181 lines (-50%).

Key changes:
- Promote the "always work in a worktree, never write to ~/Code/lobu directly"
  rule to the top of Agent Rules — was buried as bullet 5 of Scope discipline.
- Resolve 3 cross-section contradictions: triplicate worker-spawn/systemd-run
  descriptions with differing attribute lists, duplicate OAuth-auth rule,
  duplicate make-build-packages instruction.
- Shrink Guardrails sub-sections (Configuration, LLM judge, Runtime wiring)
  from ~50 lines of TOML/TS examples to 2 paragraphs pointing at source.
- Shrink Egress judge from 24 lines to 4.
- Move Browser-driven verification recipe (50 lines) to docs/BROWSER_TESTING.md.
- Trim dynamic-import allow-list rationale (rationale lives at call sites now).
- Drop dead refs: stale token-service.ts path, personal Tailscale hostname,
  ~/Code/lobu vs ./lobu confusion in CLAUDE.md.

Submodule:
- Bump owletto pointer to pick up DESIGN_GUIDELINES fixes (Sheet exemplar
  contradictions, lobu-ai/owletto#199).

Removed:
- docs/plans/lobu-absorption.md (completed migration plan, references
  packages/lobu-cli that no longer exists).
- examples/personal-finance/agents/personal-finance/evals/{ping,tax-year-anchoring}.yaml
  (dormant — promptfoo only reads promptfooconfig.yaml).
