Closing as noise. These artifacts are byte-churn from a non-reproducible rebuild — the vendored v0.8.1 binaries on main are already correct (only the 4 platform .so/.dylib files differ; no .sql/.control change). The workflow was firing on every release tag; fixed in #1051 so this stops recurring.
