This PR adds
supported-types(matching the convention/semantics for the pass argestablished by
-arith-emulate-unsupported-floats) pass arguments toboth
arith-to-apfloatandmath-to-apfloatto filter down which typeswill be converted. Note, by default (i.e., empty
supported-types) allfptypes will be converted (i.e.,empty->convert all).
