[lldb-dap] How to specify the `lldb` option `--no-lldbinit` in vscode configuration?

Hello, after researching in different places, I could not find a way to specify the --no-lldbinit option in Visual Studio Code launch configuration.

The options available at Configuration Settings Reference do not seem to cover this case.

Since we're initializing the SBDebugger in the initialize request handler, this likely need to be a CLI flag (around here https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/blob/main/lldb/tools/lldb-dap/Handler/InitializeRequestHandler.cpp#L46). The existing non-standard $__lldb_sourceInitFile field in the initialize request parameters isn't something we can easily add to the initialize request from the VSCode extension side of things.
