公式の3.16.4にて正常に動作していることを確認したため削除しました

サイドバーのパブリックチャンネルとプライベートチャンネルを分けて表示するよう修正

スレッド一覧にリアクションの絵文字を表示するよう修正
スレッド一覧に表示されるメッセージにて、付けられたリアクションの絵文字を表示するように追記
【備考】
アップロード時にjpeg以外は画像ファイル変換を行わないようにした
これによるアップロードした画像のサムネ表示が崩れる現象はCSS側で対応予定
GenericFileAttachmentの視認性を改善
3.16.4でもファイルアップロード時の見た目に変化は無かったため採用
escapeHTMLはモジュールから読むように変更
コンフリクトしたGenericFileAttachment内に関してはcustomize-masterの内容としテスト環境で動作を確認
