Changes

  • lower the HW codec log level, but keep a single log of HW drivers successful loading
  • modify the Cuda Context to singleton, keep it from being destroyed during the life cycle when it is first created
  • fixed occasional exceptions in encoder/decoder
  • fixed benchmark
