• Zero lost or corrupted files
• Zero unexplained orphan objects
• Zero missing or duplicate contacts after convergence
• Zero authorization violations
• RabbitMQ queues drain within a configurable timeout
• No unexpected 5xx responses

Captured Data

• Request rate and operation counts
• p50, p95, and p99 latency by operation
• HTTP and application errors
• RabbitMQ queue depth and drain time
• Contact/group sync time
• Stack CPU, memory, goroutines, GC, and file descriptors(???)
• CouchDB and storage latency(???)
• Final correctness-audit result
