The fuzz target was split into FuzzPayloadFinalBlinding and FuzzPayloadFinalNoBlinding, so we need to update the corpus. This commit only copies over inputs that increase coverage for the new fuzz target.

lightningnetwork/lnd#8485 split the fuzz tests, so we need to update the corpora.
Only inputs that increased coverage for the new fuzz targets were copied over.
