- deploy the new Voting contract
- fix issue with need to execute a vote to connect the insurance module
- make objectionPhaseTime configurable
also remove a few of the seem-to-be-obsolete aragon dependencies

Although CI in develop is broken now. Seem to be more of a CI issue. Made a request to the automation team regarding this. |
