`result.saved.unauthenticatedLoopbackListener` is undefined, alongside the
existing live-state assertion. This verifies that disabling the hub removes the
listener from persisted configuration.

Summary
When a running Hub saves unrelated settings after
ocx hub disable, it must retain its active role and listeners until restart while persisting the desired next-start topology. Separate active topology baselines from the desired persistence projection so ordinary saves and OAuth disk adoption preserve disk additions, port/origin edits and deletions across repeated saves. Also preserve persisted API-key ordering when live row edits leave membership/order unchanged, and repair an interrupted request-log documentation sentence. Keep client connection settings in the same topology unit as runtimeRole so disk-only connect and disconnect stay paired through ordinary/OAuth repeated saves while active settings remain unchanged.Follow-up to #6954 addressing its review findings: discussion_r4241943349, discussion_r4241943353 and discussion_r4241943763. The initial PR merged before these repair commits were published. Follow-up review discussion_r4242272388 exposed split client/role persistence, fixed here; discussion_r4242276972 added an explicit persisted loopback-removal assertion.

Dispatch attempt 1 reached all 116 macOS shard-1 batches with no failing test markers but hit its 20-minute job deadline; all other producer jobs passed. Targeted attempt 2 retried only that cancelled shard and its dependent aggregate, preserving passing evidence at this unchanged SHA, but also cancelled at the same 20-minute job deadline (reached batch 110/116; zero failing test markers). The aggregate correctly failed. Not merge-ready: workflow capacity must be addressed by the coordinator before requested full CI can qualify this candidate. Older-head CI cannot qualify this repair; merge readiness remains blocked on successful requested full CI.Exact final focused regression command (435 passed, 0 failed)
