The newly registered catalog is not synchronized with the English TKey contract: it omits 19 existing keys, including common.discard, logs.filter.conversation.clear, quota.fiveHourLimit, and several codexSet.* entries. Compiling this file produces TS2740 at this declaration, so the GUI build cannot complete; add Vietnamese values for every key in en.ts before registering the locale.

This cannot merge at exact head .\n\nThe Vietnamese catalog is already behind the current English contract and the hosted GUI/npm checks are failing. The missing set includes , , , and multiple newer keys. Rebase onto current , add translations for every current key, and run the repository's i18n lint plus GUI build on the rebased head.\n\nAlso verify the locale-specific status-code mapping flagged in review rather than treating the generated catalog as a bulk copy. Re-request review only after the exact head is synchronized and all GUI/i18n checks are green.

The missing set includes common.discard, logs.filter.conversation.clear, quota.fiveHourLimit, and multiple newer codexSet.* keys. Rebase onto current dev, add translations for every current key, and run the repository's i18n lint plus GUI build on the rebased head.
Also verify the locale-specific status-code mapping flagged in review rather than treating the generated catalog as a bulk copy. Re-request review only after the exact head is synchronized and all GUI/i18n checks are green.
