fix(gui): name dashboard sidecar controls

• Add stable id/name attributes to the dashboard sidecar model controls.
• Add accessible labels to the web search model, web search reasoning, and vision model selects.
• Addresses Chrome DevTools form-field warnings without changing visible UI behavior.
