I suggest we release
libp2pv0.48.0soonish.I suggest we wait for #2860. Anything else you would like to see included?

This will allow @dmitry-markin to use #2846.
This will release #2840 and thus ensures changes as #2840 and #2854 are not in the same release, which in my opinion makes the upgrade procedure easier.
