Apply exact levos patch 0057 from merged PR NousResearch#2503; fixes window20 claim_attempts contract rejection. Existing core table restrictions preserved. Independent git apply --check + apply against 26cb85d passed. Actual fork test_kanban_service_tables.py: 21 passed (py-pglite). Levos PR NousResearch#2508 real_fork_lifecycle_contract: 5 passed independently, CI pending. No live cutover in this PR. Merge only after review; runtime must use new fork SHA and verified digest.
