The setup-script-cwd entry said T3 runs the setup script in the project root for a thread with no worktree. Since T3 0.1.1-nightly.20261018.3331 (pingdotgg/t3code#18891) such a thread runs no setup. The one case left that runs the script in the main checkout is a thread launched as existing_worktree on the project root, which t3.json's pwd -P guard still covers, so t3.json is unchanged. Found by the shared T3 update review (leomontigatti/agent-workflow#10, adopted in leomontigatti/agent-workflow#12).

Since T3 0.1.1-nightly.20261018.3331 (pingdotgg/t3code#18891) a thread
with no worktree runs no setup. The setup-script-cwd entry now names the
one case left that runs the script in the main checkout: a thread
launched as existing_worktree on the project root. t3.json's pwd -P guard
still covers it.
