Since T3 0.1.1-nightly.20261018.3331 (pingdotgg/t3code#18891) a thread with no worktree runs no setup script. The script's path comparison in t3.json still covers the one case left that runs it in the main checkout: a thread launched as existing_worktree on the project root. Since T3 0.1.1-nightly.20261018.3331 (pingdotgg/t3code#18891) such a thread runs no setup at all. The one case left that runs it there is a thread launched asexisting_worktreeon the project root, whicht3.json's path comparison still covers, sot3.jsonis unchanged. The shared T3 update review found this (leomontigatti/agent-workflow#10, adopted in leomontigatti/agent-workflow#12).Review
