…dren Each implementer is now a T3 delegate_task child with isolation: worktree and mode: async, instead of a background Agent-tool worktree set up by hand. A retry or an answered question is a new child carrying the earlier branch, since a delegate child takes no SendMessage. The brief drops its setup step and commits on the branch T3 gave it; the harness wrappers go, and THREADS.md loses its exception. implementer-worktrees is resolved; delegate-task-worktrees records what we now rely on. Every project that runs
implement-spec: the implementer's checkout now gets its setup only from T3, so the project'st3.jsonmust be imported in T3 (project settings → Actions → Import from t3.json). The brief no longer runsrunOnWorktreeCreateby hand. Nothing to rename.Each implementer is now a
delegate_taskchild withisolation: "worktree"andmode: "async", replacing the background Agent-tool worktree that was set up by hand. T3 prepares its checkout, and the child's completion wakes the orchestrator. A delegate child can't be messaged, so a retry or an answered question starts a new child that merges the earlier branch first. A blocked child commitswip:first, so nothing is lost. The implementer's harness wrappers are removed,THREADS.mddrops its exception,implementer-worktreesis resolved, and the new active entrydelegate-task-worktreesrecords what this relies on.
