This is a fork of an early version of eCos (RHEPL license) that already had support for the H3600 Compaq iPAQ and many other platforms. My iPAQ's primary bootloader is the "ARM Bootloader" from the now defunct handhelds.org. Instead of booting into WinCE, the device now boots into RedBoot.
