Project: Sistent - Include "Academy" icon in icon collection

Current Behavior

See the Sistent icon collection - https://layer5.io/projects/sistent/components/icons. The Layer5 Academy icon is missing from this set.

Desired Behavior

1. Add the Academy icon to the https://github.com/layer5io/sistent project, if it is not already present.
2. Release Sistent and upgrade the layer5.io website to that version.
3. Ensure the Academy icon is available
