Adafruit_DotStar For mbed-os

This is a rewrite of Adafruit's execellent DotStar library for mbed-os.

Goals

Implement Basic usage so strand test example works. (Done)
Implement Hardware SPI
Add support for DMA
Refactor code to use namespaces
Move Color helper methods to their own namespace
