Thread annotations used generic accent surfaces and hard-coded yellow indicators, so their visual identity did not follow the active theme's warning color.
Use the warning token at 10% for annotation pills and hover surfaces, and the full warning token for dotted borders and timeline markers. This covers the chat pill, sidebar hover and markers, and timeline annotation previews.
Validation:
pnpm lastcode:ci:quickpassed, including workspace formatting, lint, typechecks, and tests. An isolated annotated thread confirmed the pill computes to the warning color at 10% opacity and the timeline marker uses the solid warning color. The collaborative preview screenshot endpoint was unavailable, so no screenshot is attached.Implemented by gpt-5.6-sol through the Codex harness in T3 Code.
