As stated by @taylorotwell in laravel/vapor-core#30 Laravel 5.8 is not supported by Vapor. This PR removes the compatiblilty with Laravel 5.8 from the
composer.jsonfile to avoid confusion for users who try to installlaravel/vapor-clion Laravel 5.8 projects.
