Upgrade to Laravel 5.7

• Update Laraspace to latest Laravel version (5.7 )

Note for update:

• If you are using a previous Laraspace version, you can just manually update the laravel composer version and that should be it! Everything else should work as it is
• We have removed assets directory from resources directory same as the new Laravel 5.7 directory structure
