docs: Add Google Cloud Terraform to README

Description

We have developed a repository that includes a Terraform module to configure Dify on Google Cloud in a scalable and highly available manner. The Azure repository has already been added to the README, but there are no repositories for other cloud vendors. By adding our repository, more enterprises and groups will be able to practically operate Dify, which we believe is a valuable contribution to the Dify community.
