fix(strands): update strands-agents install command

As a part of this PR: strands-agents/sdk-python#232 we extracted the OTEL http exporter as an extra dependency. In turn, any strands-agents user who intends to export traces via http to a monitoring backend must have this dependency installed. This PR ensures Langfuse's docs are up-to-date, ensuring users have the necessary dependencies installed.
