This pull request includes updates to the pyproject.toml file, specifically updating dependencies and development dependencies to newer versions.

Dependency updates:

  • Updated astra-assistants[tools] to version 2.2.6 (pyproject.toml)

Development dependency updates:

  • Updated packaging to version 24.1 (pyproject.toml) because e2b requires packaing 24.1

I'm not sure why packaging was locked to 23.x. I had a look at:

$ git grep packaging | grep -v lock | awk -F" " '{print $1}' | sed  "s/:.\+//" | sed "s/://g" | uniq
.gitignore
pyproject.toml
scripts/ci/pypi_nightly_tag.py
scripts/ci/update_lf_base_dependency.py
scripts/ci/update_pyproject_version.py
src/backend/.gitignore
src/backend/base/langflow/__main__.py
src/backend/base/langflow/utils/version.py

and didn't see any glaring issues.
