Docs: update components to v1.0.18 #3903

Components updates for 1.0.18:

  • JSON Parse Helper, Filter Data, Merge Data
  • Vector stores: Cassandra graph, HCD, Clickhouse, and update Astra DB parameters to current state
  • Embeddings: embedding similarity, google genai embeddings, text embeddings, hugging face local is deprecated.
  • Minor cleanup
