Refactored the
useDeleteFlowhook to return an object withdeleteFlowandisDeletingproperties. This allows for better handling of the delete flow functionality. Additionally, updated the project description to remove the word "personal" from "Manage your personal projects" and replaced it with "projects" for better clarity.
