Show the first assistant text fragment immediately instead of waiting for the 100 ms coalescing timer. Later fragments remain batched so chat input stays responsive during streaming.
The TUI now removes a measured ~100 ms display delay while preserving the existing markdown batching behavior after the first fragment.
