Web-search guidance is now omitted from dcode's system prompt when Tavily is not configured.
The
web_searchtool binding already usessettings.has_tavily; applying the same gate during prompt construction keeps model-facing guidance aligned with the available tool set and avoids unnecessary tokens.Made by Open SWE
