`get_extras_status` lists an extra only when every package it declares is installed. The suite asserted the exclusion half of that rule but never the inclusion half: each positive case used a single-package extra, so mutations that drop or truncate a ready multi-package extra passed unnoticed. Add a case where every package of a two-package extra resolves, and note on `installed_extra_names` why it keeps the looser any-installed predicate.
