Goal creation and amendments no longer trigger an acceptance-criteria check while dcode is drafting their proposed criteria. This removes the misleading “Checking acceptance criteria…” step after `/goal amend`, including when the previous work was interrupted. --- Goal criteria requests bypass the normal task-agent loop, but previously retained the thread's active rubric when they jumped to the end of the graph. That allowed the rubric middleware to grade a proposal-generation run against the old criteria. Clear only the per-invocation rubric when a proposal is produced. The accepted goal and sticky criteria remain in their dedicated state channels, so normal work continues to be graded after review. Includes regression coverage for create and amend proposals across synchronous and asynchronous graph execution.
