We're going to start the outreach phase of the project in a few weeks, and a functional and informative website is critical to helping achieve mid-term goals. An MVP will have:

• an about page with info about the project and the problem
• a stats page that gives the user an idea of the kinds of data we are collecting and how that differs from what is already offered by 311's data portal
• a map that allows the user to do some basic time/location filtering
• links that refer the user to the iOS and web apps
