The map should have a few interactive elements to help guide users towards useful information. For example, we should have filter by time option (#2).

The side bar should contain several toggles that apply filters for things like Supervisor District, neighborhood, bike lane install date + injury/death breakout, etc. Let's brainstorm a bit and cut some individual tickets for each feature.
