Looks like we need to properly install warp. Given all the other tests have succeeded a few times, merging this first for now. |

Also updates links of discord to `discord.gg/lance`, and update links of `lancedb/lance` to `lance-format/lance`. Some components like in Fury, Java and Buf requires further work to cleanup code references, this will be completed in the next few days.
