Motivation
Use latest version of execution spec tests

Description

  • Also changed to use fixtures_develop since it includes fusaka tests

Pull Request Overview

Updates the daily Hive tests to use newer Execution Spec Tests and optimizes runner disk usage in CI.

  • Switch fixtures to execution-spec-tests v5.3.0 and use fixtures_develop to include fusaka tests.
  • Add a disk space cleanup step in the workflow to improve CI reliability.
