This repository will hold instructions to access the dataset associated with the paper Watching the Grid: Utility-Independent Measurements ofElectricity Reliability in Accra, Ghana to be presented at IPSN 2021.

We are currently in the process of verifying the public release of data with our stakeholders and IRB, but fully anticipate this will be complete by the time of paper presentation at the conference.
