v0.2 - Adds import/export capability

This version includes import/export capabilities, which allow you to export your settings from one machine and then import them into another. (you're on your own for getting the file from Machine A to Machine B)

vsp -e /path/to/where/you/store/export-preferences.json
vsp -i /path/to/where/you/import-preferences/json

This release also contains basic checking to see if Vivaldi is running. Vivaldi will overwrite changes made to Preferences files while it's running, so you need to close out of profiles you're attempting to update before you run the script.
