[ko] Update content/ko/docs/tasks/tools/install-kubectl-linux.md

What would you like to be added

Update the Korean translation of content/ko/docs/tasks/tools/install-kubectl-linux.md
to synchronize the Debian-based and Red Hat-based package installation
instructions with the latest English version.

The current Korean documentation still references apt.kubernetes.io and
packages.cloud.google.com. Update these package repository instructions to
use pkgs.k8s.io.

Why is this needed

The current Korean translation contains outdated Kubernetes package repository
instructions and does not reflect the latest English documentation.
