Description
This change drops most of the asynchronous code from the consolidation testing, including the
ExpectToWait()function. It replaces the validators across all methods that wait for 15s with aNopValidatorthat skips validation entirely during testing. The tests that do use the real validators specifically add it and test the asynchronous code withExpectParallalized()How was this change tested?
