What does it do ?

This PR will change a default behaviour. At the moment DNS is created for all nodes, with this PR default behaviour is going to be - DNS created only for schedulable nodes.

@ivankatliarchuk I can confirm this PR fixes my issue. However, might I also suggest that the --exclude-unschedulable flag be further split up by source? For our use case, we'd generally want the service source to exclude unschedulable nodes, but the node source to include them regardless. The difference there is that node-level DNS records are expected to be somewhat stable and specific even across unavailability, while service-level records need to respond to these events more rapidly.

AFAIK, this really depends and cannot be considered a general fact. It does not apply to K8s users that are on VMs.

Going further comes with complexity for a very little and questionable gain: this is a transient and temporary state.

@ivankatliarchuk To me, ignoring unschedulable nodes is enough.

And this PR looks good, by the way :).
