⚠️ Fix object logging in ResourceHasFilterLabel, ResourceNotPaused & ResourceNotPausedAndHasFilterLabel predicates

Main motivation of this PR is to log resource kind in predicate logs, In order to accommodate change we need to change the signature of predicates.

@sbueringer I have made changes starting with ResourceNotPaused and ResourceHasFilterLabel predicates, I also ended up changing signature of external.Watch() to take scheme as parameter, Please take a look when you get chance. Thank you.
