According to the PR as we move to v1 from v1beta1, Now we no longer have to manually edit crds like we used to do for volumesnapshotcontent .So here i am updating CRD's URL Links to 3.0

@Kartik494 The entire snapshot-controller.md file needs to be updated for 3.0, not just the CRD link. Can you help with that? Thanks.
