Instructions for uninstalling Kubeflow in Azure use undefined variable

The article on uninstalling Kubeflow says to:

# Remove Kubeflow
kfctl delete -f ${CONFIG_FILE}

The issue with this is that while CONFIG_FILE is mentioned in the installation instructions, the user is never instructed to set it (e.g. export CONFIG_FILE="${KF_DIR}/kfctl_k8s_istio.v1.2.0.yaml") so one has to play the guessing game instead of just running the correct command.
