[TASK] Pod configs step for Workspace Kind creation wizard

The fourth step of the Workspace Kind creation wizard will allow the user to create and edit the multiple pod configs available for that Workspace Kind (check current Workspace Kind definition for more details):

• Default pod config: the id of the default option

Multiple:

• Display name: the display name of the pod config
• Description: the description of the pod config
• Labels: Multiple key-value pairs
• Hidden: if this pod config should be hidden from the Workspace Spawner UI
• Spec: check Workspace Kind definition
