Bring the window forward from Show() on Linux and macOS too - #612

Show() restored and raised the window through Win32 and did nothing elsewhere. Without a Win32 handle it now restores a minimized window and asks the windowing backend to focus it, on the window thread. Before:
ImGuiApp.Show()restored and raised the window on Windows and did nothing on Linux or macOS.After: on Linux and macOS it restores a minimized window and asks the windowing backend to focus it. Whether it actually comes forward is up to the compositor (X11 window managers generally allow it; Wayland may only mark it as wanting attention).
How: when there is no Win32 handle,
ApplyNativeVisibility(true)queues the new internalRestoreAndFocuson the window thread, which setsWindowState.Normalif minimized and calls Silk.NET'sIView.Focus(). Three tests inWindowTitleAndClosingTestscover it against a stand-in window.ImageGui uses this to raise its window when a second launch hands it a file (ktsu-dev/ImageGui#130).
