Use bluetooth peripheral role instead of central role (requires
krd ^2.3.0 which now acts as a central). Most Android 5+ devices
support acting as a peripheral, but some do not (i.e. Nexus 5). This
results in more reliable bluetooth performance.
Added kr transfer support to give another Kryptonite key (on another
phone) access to some of the servers this key has access to. This
greatly simplifies adding Kryptonite to a new phone (and the old phone
can remain as a backup). Running kr transfer (which requires krd ^2.3.0)
prompts pairing of the old (source) device then the new (destination)
device. Then the owner picks which servers to add the new key to.
