Added pagination so that if the user has many posts, it will get divided into multiple pages. Like, it'll have only latest 5 posts on front page, next 5 will be on page 2, and so on.
I am not good in CSS, though I did tinkered it a bit, you can see that in commit. I think you can make it a little more beautiful with your CSS style. And do you think that changes in README is enough.
I found this feature in a lot of Jekyll themes, and it's very basic, so I thought I should try. I am open for discussion.
