CRM Version: V1.2.2
Steps To reproduce--
1. Login as a admin.
2. Create a new user.
3. Login as new user.
4. Change the app locale.
5. Login as admin .
Expected result: If a user is changing the locale of his panel, then the locale should not be changed for all the users.
Actual result: If a user is changing the locale of his panel, then the locale is being changed for all the users. Please find the screen recording Here
