CRM Version: V1.2.0

Steps To reproduce--

1. log in as an admin
3. Click on profile on the top-right corner
4. Upload the user's profile picture and select a pdf file

Expected result: There should not any translation issue in the user profile section.

Actual result: There is a translation issue in the user profile section. Please find the below screenshot.
